BUILDING FORECLOSURE JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE FOR SPOKE MARKETING
-- Same address, new landlord for the dynamic marketing agency --
ST. LOUIS (2/23/2009) – Recent news of the foreclosure 3224 Locust Blvd., once the birthplace of Cadillac cars on automotive row and current home of Spoke Marketing has friends of the agency concerned.
“A lot of us were worried, we knew they were teetering on moral bankruptcy,” said longtime friend and client Steve Sigel, ticket broker and President of The Ticket Guys, “but this was tough news for us to hear, we wanted to make sure that they were alright... we knew they had problems at their old office.”
"It's true,” added Dan Klein, partner at Spoke. "Our last office (a rental home at an undisclosed location) was condemned...so, really, comparatively foreclosure is a treat. This time, the rats are on the outside of the building..."
Peaceful office space has been a long-running issue for the Spoke partners, Chuck Hart was known to work in cardboard boxes and under bridges...and David Meyer’s previous landlord, made Shylock look like Mr. Rogers.
Spoke continues to expand their business, extend their client roster, and annoy the new building management company.
